INDIANAPOLIS - Congratulations to Decatur Central's Fa'rel Carter for winning the Shelbourne Knee Center Play of the Game from FOX59's coverage of IHSAA Semi State football.
The Hawks had just given up a game-tying field goal to Bloomington South with less than three minutes to play in the game. They got a big play from the kickoff return team to take the lead right back as Carter broke a couple of tackles on his way to the end zone, scoring what would be the game-winning touchdown for DC to clinch a berth in the 5A state championship.
