INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Colts’ Pro Bowl contingent has increased.

Center Ryan Kelly and defensive tackle DeForest Buckner have been added to the AFC roster as alternates with Kansas City advancing to the Super Bowl.

Kelly replaces Chiefs center Creed Humphrey while Buckner steps in for Chris Jones.

The moves bolster each players’ resume.

Kelly is involved in his fourth Pro Bowl while Buckner has been named for a third time.

Kelly was part of a Colts offense that was tied-10th in scoring and 10th in rushing. Buckner anchored a defense that set a franchise record with 51 sacks. He contributed 8 sacks and 11 tackles for loss.

They join Quenton Nelson in Orlando for this weekend’s Pro Bowl Games. Nelson was named to his sixth consecutive Pro Bowl.
