INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Colts continued to limit their free-agent losses.
The team has re-signed offensive lineman Danny Pinter and defensive tackle Taven Bryan to one-year contracts.
Pinter was a 2020 fifth-round draft pick who has appeared in 46 games with seven starts. He missed the entirety of last year after suffering a broken ankle in the Colts’ preseason game at Philadelphia.
Pinter, 27, represents interior depth on the o-line. His seven career starts have been at center and right guard. In 2021, the Colts posted a 3-0 record when Pinter filled in at center for Ryan Kelly.
The return of Bryan, 28, further boosts coordinator Gus Bradley’s defensive line.
Earlier, the Colts re-signed tackle Grover Stewart to a three-year, $39 million contract and tackle/end Tyquan Lewis to a two-year, $12 million deal, and signed former Miami tackle Raekwon Davis to a two-year, $14 million contract.
Bryan appeared in 17 games with seven starts in 2023, his first season in Indy. He finished with 22 tackles, 2 sacks and four tackles for loss.
